Oh my ALPHA Ball! Let me count the ways I love thee: fire up the glutes, work out those knots in the waist and along the lower back, open up my pecs (so I can get my arms back for those SERPS), and my #1 favorite use: hip flexors! Sometimes this ball stays at home from my trips, but it is my second-most used ball! When I do bring it with me, many of my agility friends are surprised how it melts away their hip flexor tensions. This one is always in my gym bag (I own several), and I “wake up” my glutes before my workouts with this one! This ball is substantive, but so worth its weight in gold.
